I spent some time over the weekend catching up on all the e-mails generated by my job agents on various job hunting web sites. No less than four recruiters/staffing agencies have re-posted a job description that I know is at Oracle because I saw the job when it first got posted. Note to self,

In the future, try to avoid scheduling back-to-back half-day interviews. Having to be "on" (polite, peppy, personable, and professional) for four hours straight is freaking exhausting. It's even worse when you're interviewing with a bunch of introverts and keeping the conversation going is actual hard work. *sighs ( Read more... )
